At the age of 32, working at a job she detested, spending her days feeling overworked and unappreciated, she decided to ‘hit the change button’ and embarked on a journey to transform her life.

With two pre-school age children at home, a full-time job and the support and encouragement of her husband, Michelle signed up for her master's studies in psychology. She found herself setting alarms for 3:00 a.m. to study until 6:00 a.m. when she would wake the baby and start her work day.

Michelle did what it took to complete her courses and received her Master of Psychology. When she was seven months pregnant she began her PhD, giving birth to their third child during her first semester of doctoral studies.

Through her scientific study of the human mind and its functions, coupled with her personal experience, Dr. Rozen discovered her passion to help others understand the science behind their own behavior, purpose and perseverance.

This passion became Michelle’s life mission, and her message has made her a trusted Fortune 50 ‘fan favorite’ speaker. Michelle has received over-the-top marks on attendee evaluations from leading brands, including Merrill Lynch, Cisco, Bank of America, The Society for Human Resource Management and on the TEDx stage.

Dr. Rozen holds a Masters and a PhD in Psychology, specializing in human interaction and interpersonal dynamics.

Michelle and her husband of nearly 25 years have three children and live in the NYC area.
