Bobi Seredich is a recognized speaker, author, trainer, and successful entrepreneur specializing in leadership development. She has over 25 years of experience dedicated to creating, directing, and presenting leadership programs for top companies in the U.S. and around the world. She inspires her clients to achieve measurable improvements in their leadership skills, corporate culture, team productivity, communication skills, coaching, self-awareness, resiliency, and leading through change and chaos.
Having worked on over 1000 meetings with great speakers and inspirational leaders like Jim Collins, Margaret Thatcher, Pope John Paul II, Robert Gates, Cindy Crawford, Steve Young, Dr. Daniel Kahneman, Daymond John, Les Brown, and many others, Bobi developed a keen sense for what works and what doesn't work in building high performing leaders and teams.
Bobi was a senior operations and marketing executive with Maritz Travel, one of the top meeting planning and incentive travel companies in the world. She furthered her career as an executive with a successful leadership conference organization, Leadership Network Corporation. Bobi directed meetings and events in over twenty-five countries including England, Canada, Hong Kong, China, Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Scotland, Ireland, Sweden, Greece, Switzerland, France, and Italy.
In 2001 she founded Equanimity - a speakers' bureau and leadership training company that became a top speaker bureau, booking hundreds of speakers with large Fortune 500 clients. This included providing speakers for Monsanto, General Motors, Sports Executive Leadership Conference, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women’s Summit, the World Bank, and more. Equanimity was sold in 2012.
Since 2012, she has been the co-founder of the Southwest Institute for Emotional Intelligence (SWIEI) and President of EQ Inspirations, LLC. As a master-certified speaker and trainer in Emotional Intelligence - the new X factor in leadership and success - Bobi has trained large and fast-growing organizations on the skills of emotional intelligence. Through these breakthrough concepts, she continues to educate and inspire teams ready to move to the next level of performance. Bobi is certified through the Institute of Health and Human Potential and in 2004 completed a one-year Enduring High PerformanceTM Coaching Program in Emotional Intelligence.
In 2020, SWIEI launched a new online training program centered around EI. The program utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and is transforming and improving the way EI leadership training is being delivered, learned, demonstrated, and applied.
Bobi is passionate about helping leaders build effective teams with a strong commitment to teamwork, organizational health, and employee engagement. In September 2021, she completed a year-long certification with the Table Group and CAPAPRO and is certified to train on Patrick Lencioni’s tools and books including The Advantage, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Ideal Team Player, Death by Meeting, The Motive, and Six Types of Working Genius.
Bobi holds a B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She also attended the Universidad De Las Americas in Puebla, Mexico, and Washington University in St. Louis. She has worked with both large and small companies, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 clients, including McCain Foods, PayPal, American Express, Make A Wish Foundation, Bayhealth Medical, American Retirement Association, Achievers, Florida Dental Association, The Village Health Clubs, and STORE Capital.
Atop of being an expert in her field for over two decades, Bobi is a breast cancer survivor and was honored as one of the 20 Faces of Komen for the state of Arizona in 2012. Her book, Courage Does Not Always Roar – Ordinary Women with Extraordinary Courage, was published by Simple Truths in 2010. She is an active volunteer in her community and is a wife and mother of twins, Alex and Gia.
