Speaker Event Details
We can assume responsibility for some or all of the following pre-program and on-site aspects of speaker event management. These activities include, but are not limited to the details outlined below:
Pre-Program Management
- Discovery Pre-Calls and Meetings with your team to understand your needs, opportunities and challenges.
- Creation of a speaker event document outlining possible speakers and creative ideas for pre and post messaging that meets your budget.
- Development of Meeting or Conference Agenda to include your theme.
- Arrange Speaker Calls, meetings, review of speaker bios/videos prior to confirmation, emails, agreements, write intros/bios for program of events, confirmation forms, review of presentations/videos, content suggestions and follow-up calls with other speakers, speakers’ “planted questions”
- Audio Visual/ production meetings and management of all presentations prior to the event – pre-calls, emails and in-person.
- Create the Event Show Flow/Script along with updates and additions with speaker content and presentations and any coaching of executives on their intros or Sponsors.
- Executive Presentation Coaching and review of PowerPoint presentations and content.
- Review and make recommendations for the event logistics/timing and flow of events for panels or discussions.
- Writing marketing materials for website for speaker content and helping to create speaker promo videos that can be emailed to potential attendees for promotion.
On-Site Management
- On –site to handle conference production and details with speakers
- Rehearsals and presentation coaching for executives presenting
- Serve as emcee for the event
